Hi, I’m Adam, and my mission is to help people with ADHD harness their unique strengths and build lives filled with purpose and balance. My personal journey into ADHD coaching began with my own diagnosis as a young adult. For years, I felt out of sync with the world, constantly battling the weight of procrastination, a chaotic mind, and the frustration of being misunderstood. But it was through this struggle that I found my calling.
Like many, I used to see ADHD as a limitation—something that held me back from achieving my true potential. It wasn’t until I started to embrace ADHD as a different way of experiencing the world that things began to shift. I realized that my mind works differently, but it doesn’t work less. With trial and error, I developed strategies that helped me manage my symptoms, boost my productivity, and find clarity. These strategies transformed my life, and now I’m passionate about helping others find that same transformation.
In my coaching, I don’t see ADHD as something to fix but as something to understand and work with. I believe that success is about leaning into your unique way of thinking and creating systems that work for you. Through my own experience and professional training, I’ve gained a deep understanding of executive functioning, time management, and cognitive behavioral techniques—all of which I use to support my clients. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore practical ways to manage overwhelm, and craft personalized strategies to help you thrive.
