For over a decade, I've been on a mission to empower teenagers to confidently navigate the complexities of their lives. As a teenager, I struggled with issues of identity, peer pressure, and academic expectations—challenges that led me to want to help others like myself find their voice. This journey birthed my coaching practice, where I focus on guiding young people through their unique challenges, offering both emotional support and practical tools. I understand the ups and downs of being a teen, and my mission is to help young people not only survive but thrive.
