Eleven years ago, my life changed when I encountered the transformative power of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). At the time, I was overwhelmed with stress and anxiety, unsure how to navigate the challenges in my path. CBT became the tool that turned my life around, empowering me to reframe my thoughts and regain control. That experience sparked my passion for helping others, inspiring me to guide clients toward healthier, more balanced lives.
My work as a CBT practitioner is rooted in collaboration. Together with my clients, we identify and challenge the thought patterns holding them back. This process isn’t about quick fixes but cultivating sustainable emotional resilience and practical coping skills. Using structured techniques tailored to each person’s unique needs, I strive to create a supportive space where growth feels attainable and real.
