As a mother who’s walked the path of postpartum herself, I understand the overwhelming emotions that come with bringing a new life into the world. After my own experience as a new mom, I found myself facing isolation, self-doubt, and confusion. This ignited a deep passion within me to support other mothers as they transition into this new chapter of life. For over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding new parents through the ups and downs of postpartum, and I’ve learned that it’s not just a time of recovery but one of profound transformation.
I believe that postpartum is more than just a physical recovery—it’s an emotional and spiritual journey, too. My coaching approach is rooted in emotional support and self-compassion, focusing on helping mothers reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their new roles. Through a combination of guided exercises, self-care practices, and practical tips, I help moms build a foundation of confidence and peace amidst the challenges. Every mother’s experience is unique, and I tailor my approach to suit each individual, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and supported.
