My journey as an ADHD coach didn’t start in a textbook or a classroom; it began with my own experiences of living with ADHD. Growing up, it often felt like my brain was operating in a different universe—overflowing with ideas, yet constantly bogged down by procrastination, overwhelm, and the nagging feeling that I wasn’t meeting my potential.
It wasn’t until my adult years, when I received my diagnosis, that I truly began to understand what ADHD was and how it shaped my thinking, habits, and emotions. At first, the symptoms felt like weaknesses I had to overcome, but over time, I came to realize that ADHD wasn’t a flaw—it was simply a different way of processing and interacting with the world.
