Hi, I’m Dylan, an Inner Child Healing Practitioner with over 12 years of experience guiding individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing. My path to becoming a practitioner began with my own personal journey of reconnecting with my inner child. It was through this deep exploration that I was able to heal old wounds, rediscover joy, and begin living as my most authentic self.
The power of inner child healing lies in understanding that many of the emotional blocks and limiting beliefs we face as adults stem from experiences and messages we internalized as children. I help my clients explore these deep-seated emotions and reconnect with the parts of themselves that were left behind. By combining empathy, mindfulness, and creative exercises, I create a safe and nurturing environment for clients to embrace their vulnerable inner child. Together, we uncover the roots of self-doubt, fears, and insecurities, and transform these into strengths, self-love, and empowerment.
