Hello, I’m Ivy, a certified postpartum support specialist with over 14 years of experience in helping new mothers navigate the often overwhelming and transformative journey of postpartum life. My own experience of motherhood was a wake-up call to the deep emotional, physical, and mental shifts many women face after childbirth. While it’s common to experience isolation, self-doubt, and feelings of overwhelm, these struggles often go unspoken, even though they are felt deeply. It was this understanding that ignited my passion to dedicate my career to providing the support and guidance mothers need as they adjust to this profound life change.
Motherhood is an incredibly transformative experience, but it can also bring profound challenges. I believe that the postpartum period is not just about recovery, but about rediscovering yourself and embracing your new identity.
