Hi, I’m Jasmine. For more than ten years, I’ve been guiding Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) towards embracing their sensitivity as a strength rather than a challenge. As an HSP myself, I intimately understand the difficulties that come with navigating a world that often celebrates toughness and resilience while overlooking the profound value of empathy and softness. There were times in my life when I felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, and disconnected from my surroundings, constantly struggling with the intensity of my own emotions.
In my early years, I viewed my sensitivity as a burden—a trait that set me apart and made me feel out of place. However, through years of self-reflection, growth, and healing, I realized that my sensitivity was not a weakness but a gift. I discovered that it could serve as a deep well of intuition, empathy, and connection. This awakening became the foundation of my coaching practice, where I now help others like me reclaim their sensitivity as a powerful asset.
My coaching is centered around building resilience and cultivating mindful boundaries, helping HSPs navigate the challenges of living in an overstimulating world. I believe that sensitivity, when understood and nurtured, can become a source of strength. Together, we explore how to not only manage the emotional and sensory challenges that arise but to embrace them as tools for deeper connection and personal growth.
I integrate a range of proven techniques in my work, including mindfulness practices, somatic healing methods, and insights from neuroscience, to offer my clients a nurturing space where they can thrive. This session will focus on cultivating a sense of emotional balance, so you can better cope with external stressors and maintain a sense of calm.
