For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of working closely with teens during one of the most pivotal stages of their lives. My journey began as a high school counselor, where I quickly realized that beyond academic challenges, teens were struggling with building resilience, managing stress, and finding the confidence they needed to thrive. Motivated by this gap, I became passionate about empowering young people with the tools to not only survive but flourish through their challenges.
Through my coaching, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens can explore their identity, voice their concerns, and develop the emotional tools to face life’s hurdles. My approach blends practical strategies for managing stress and building self-confidence, with deep, reflective work that helps teens uncover their strengths. My mission is to guide each teen to discover their true potential, navigate life’s complexities with courage, and move forward with optimism.
Every teen is unique, which is why my coaching approach is tailored to meet each individual where they are. Whether they're struggling with school pressures, social anxiety, or self-doubt, I work with them to build the mindset and skills they need to succeed. By fostering self-awareness, promoting emotional intelligence, and helping teens set meaningful goals, I help them chart a path to personal growth and achievement. I believe in giving teens the confidence to take ownership of their lives and choices, to embrace their individuality, and to step into their future with strength.
