Hello, I’m Lila. For more than a decade, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping individuals reconnect with the tender and vulnerable parts of themselves—their inner child. These often-overlooked pieces of our past carry the fears, insecurities, and patterns that shape our present. My passion for inner child healing began with my own journey of self-discovery, where I found that moving forward in life required first turning inward.
For years, I noticed recurring struggles in my own life—patterns that felt impossible to break and insecurities that wouldn’t fade. It wasn’t until I embraced inner child work that I began to understand the roots of those feelings. Through self-reparenting and nurturing my younger self, I unlocked a profound sense of resilience, self-love, and peace. This transformation not only changed my life but inspired me to help others do the same.
