Hello, I’m Luna. For more than a decade, I’ve dedicated my life to helping highly sensitive individuals (HSPs) navigate the complexities of a world that often feels overwhelming. As an HSP myself, I’ve walked the path of deep sensitivity, and I understand the emotional challenges it brings. Overwhelming emotions, overstimulating environments, and the struggle to find balance in a fast-paced world are familiar experiences to me. But I also know how transformative it can be to truly embrace and understand your sensitivity.
My journey into HSP coaching began with my own struggles. I realised there was a lack of guidance specifically tailored to people like us—those who process the world deeply, feel emotions intensely, and often find it difficult to navigate spaces that don’t cater to our unique needs. It became clear to me that there was a deep need for support that honours and nurtures our sensitivity.
