I’m Lyla, and for over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals through transformative journeys to heal their inner child. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of the lasting impact childhood wounds can have on our adult lives—shaping our relationships, self-worth, and ability to embrace happiness. I know this from personal experience. The path to healing is not linear, and it was through my own challenges that I came to understand the profound power of reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we may have long buried or forgotten.
Healing the inner child is not about erasing the past but embracing it with compassion. In my work, I help my clients rediscover the joy and authenticity that are often hidden beneath layers of old pain, fear, and self-doubt.
