For over 12 years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals regain control over their stress and embrace lives of peace and balance. My journey began when I experienced the depths of burnout and chronic stress firsthand. That personal experience ignited a profound passion for learning and teaching how to navigate stress in healthy, sustainable ways. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to empower others to not just manage, but thrive despite the pressures of modern life.
I take a holistic approach to stress management that integrates a blend of mindfulness, breathing techniques, time-management strategies, and positive psychology. It’s not just about coping—it's about thriving. My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that stress doesn’t have to control us.
