With 7 years of experience as a Teen Life Coach, I have dedicated my career to helping young people navigate the complex world of adolescence. My journey into coaching started from a place of genuine concern for the mental well-being of teens, which I witnessed firsthand while mentoring youth in my local community. As I connected with teens facing an increasing amount of societal and peer pressures, I realised the unique challenges they face today. My role as a coach is to provide them with the tools to understand themselves better, face their struggles head-on, and emerge stronger.
